The Bud Werner Memorial Library is located at 1289 Lincoln Ave. in Steamboat Springs. In addition to its books, magazines and Internet access, the library offers a range of programs for younger readers, including summer reading contests, story times, shows and activities, book clubs and more. The library is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday; from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday; from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday; and from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday. The West Routt Library District at 225 E. Jefferson Ave. in Hayden offers Internet and e-mail access as well as an adult book discussion group and summer reading programs for children.
